This registration is part of the New Club Incentive OR a sponsorship opportunity. These options only cover BASE REGISTRATION. Any ad-on tickets must be purchased separately.

I understand: (1) Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (emailed to

or mailed to the District Office at 10000 Celtic Drive, Ste 706, Baton Rouge, LA 70809) by July 31, 2025. (2) I am responsible for canceling or modifying any hotel reservations. (3) Refunds will only be issued by check. Refunded amounts will be minus any card processing fees and a $20 refund processing fee.
