Cancellation & Refund Policy(Required)

I understand: (1) Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (emailed to [email protected] or mailed to the District Office at 10000 Celtic Drive, Ste 706, Baton Rouge, LA 70809) by July 31, 2025. (2) I am responsible for canceling or modifying any hotel reservations. (3) Refunds will only be issued by check. Refunded amounts will be minus any card processing fees and a $20 refund processing fee.
